• Your contact details to process your dining reservation (e.g., name, address, email address);
• Your financial information to settle your dining check (such as bank details);

We Collect and Use Limited Sensitive Information.

• Forms you complete (in café or online) to communicate with us;
• Third-party vendors through which you have made a reservation at Café Dior by Dominique Crenn and consented to have your details shared with Christian Dior to receive its communications;
• When you make a dining reservation through cafediordallas.com or in our café;
• We may also use cookies, web beacons, flash cookies, and other tracking technologies when you visit or navigate our website, such as pages and videos viewed on cafediordallas.com.

We may combine the personal data that we collect from you in Café Dior by Dominique Crenn with personal data we collect through our website or from the devices you use to access our website or from third parties.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE YOUR DATA USED BY US?

We ensure that only duly authorized persons can access your personal data when necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.

The Internet, wireless networks and information storage are not 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data stored or sent to us. We encourage you to take precautions to protect your personal data. 

The security safeguards that we have adopted are commensurate with the sensitivity of the particular data collected.  For example, credit, debit and other payment information is subject to stricter security measures.

We also require our partners to uphold a substantially similar level of protection for your data. The measures are evaluated and updated to address new threats and challenges, as well as new legal requirements where we operate.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree and acknowledge that we will not be liable or responsible for use or disclosure of your information that is the result of unauthorized or illegal access to our systems or those of our vendors, agents, contractors, affiliates, or partners.
